Trama:
Durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, un aereo britannico viene colpito e cade in una regione nel sud della Germania. I nazisti catturano l'unico supersitite, il Generale Carnaby, dell'alto comando delle Forze Armate USA, e lo portano al castello Adler, quartiere generale delle SS, per poterlo interrogare in quanto fonte più che preziosa di informazioni sulle strategie di guerra degli Alleati. Viene scartata l'ipotesi di bombardare il castello per impedire che il Generale riveli qualcosa, perché la sua vita è più preziosa di quanto le SS stesse immaginino, e nessun aereo può arrivare vicino al castello senza venire prima abbattuto. L'unica soluzione è mandare una squadra per infiltrarsi nel castello e liberare il Generale.
